KEONJHAR TRIP----beyond 200

“Hey Abir, what about Keonjhar trip”, Tippu enquired with his all time enthusiastic voice. He was leaving Odisha few days after, and just badly wanted to have his farewell trip. “Affirmative, but yaar we require some more punks, two will be so boring” I answered with jitters. “After all, A journey is best measured in friends rather than miles”. “Then go for it” When calling started, it was found that…………. Gulati-: damaged, previous trip had left him with ripped butt. Pratap-Gone case All our previous players had ripped off, we required new one but had nothing to gain for .It was seemed unable to lured things to others . But we tried and got the cake… There were so many guys who were like, just delivered the ignition and left them, reaction would be the spontaneous definitely Anyway we got what we wanted We were succeeded to convince 7 guys and paired up…
Me n Paras------------------->THUNDERBIRD (350)
Amit n Muninder--------- -->AVENGER (220)
Ganesh n Tippu------------->KARIZMA (220)
Lizin n Avik ----------------->PULSER 150
Sourav ---------------------->PULSER 180
Convincing them was not so easy but the highly awaited appraisal results made the iron red which was just on its deformation state. We did just the hit. Anyway after all these plotting we started our journey with reduced man power as on the eleventh hour the bottom layer three guys had shown their ass off So we were six then and we all were beyond 200.
COURSE WAS LIKE THAT Jharsuguda -->NH200(48kms)<-- Kuchinda à NH 200(35) <—> NH6(15) -- Deogarh --> NH6(22) <-- Barkot --> NH6(102) <-- Keonjhar(Kendujhar)

On 5th June ’10, 0800 hrs all the hunks hit the road for Keonjhar .

All the guys except me n Tippu were going to have their first long touring experience which lift them to cloud nine including we both. Karizma was always on lead, followed by avenger and bird .Maneuvering was so easy with karizma as compare to avenger n bird, same for the avenger with respect to bird .somewhere you had to paid at least………… Though cruise bikes provided sitting comfort but where distance was very less, sports bike preferred always…………. Among all the trips we always forgot to remember that for all the happiness we were touring, was the way of travel ---not the destination. That was the all time matter, generally we toured in two and too often we were so preoccupied with the destination, we forgot the journey. That’s why our longest trip of Kolkata didn’t have any still memories in the form of snaps. But this time we were in different mood. Along the way we stopped, taking breaks, snapping around, each and everyone looking for face book picks We covered first 48 kms in an hour and reached Kuchinda (NH200), Kuchinda road had been recovered drastically; it had been undergone loads of reconstruction since from our first trip, continuously going on a high node. After having drinks and smoke we were leaving towards deogarh, another 35 kms would have been the worst road in the whole journey. Anyway within an hour we covered it with just half of the speed n one break. In next hour we reached Barkot, up till then we had accomplished 130 kms with no incident From there Keonjhar was just 95 kms away but the real thrill was yet to come…….. Around 60kms to Keonjhar, 20 kms long valley road started which were having ultimate sharp edges, made the rider incapable to watch out beyond the turns. It’s all on the driver’s capabilities as even the heavy vehicles were also running there at the normal speed from 40 to 60.It compelled us to drew attention in some points where it has engaged in many destruction (accidents) work to showed the thrill of it’s own.
Hmmmmmmmm “Beauty kills
Whatever be the thrilling it was, was equally sharing the beauty as well. Awesome height it was maintained, on the peak we could saw up to 2000 feet down approx……..and all was greenery that could be within the aperture. There was a place called khandadhar, around 23 kms to Keonjhar which was gaining popularity for the nice waterfall. But we missed it as my bird skipped it by 14 kms. So we decided to go for another waterfall called Sunghaghra, 4 kms to Keonjhar.
It was little smaller than the waterfall which we had already skipped ,merely 4 to 5 times smaller but was good as it was still had some fall to lured visitors even though the season was totally off. And a nice pond or could be said a water storage point where bathing could be possible if anyone wanted that badly in the crystal clear water which maintained it’s crystallite by merely 1 or 2 mm. Anyway whatever be the clarity of water mattered, we went for bath, as we were well known swimmer so we drenched ourselves only up to that point where we could gripped our feet with the base.
As we followed the point once said “never loose u’r base unless u catch the flight
But one damn fellow wanna to caught the flight that was our lord Ganesha, Was swimming nicely for two or three round. “Hey! Ganesh don’t go far, we don’t have any swimmer here “ Tippu warned him “Don’t worry man! I will manage, even I had saved my friends many a times” lord assured him. “So guys! What do u wanna to watch?”Enthusiasm flying all around from our lord……. Muninder then pushed” Go for the biggest lap affordable to u, ok man! Go to that extreme corner n return but be careful, no one here to save u” “Let u’r worry flying with me guy! I will be back in a sec” hmm that was the Ganesha. Sun was on its high point just over the head, dehydration was reaching peak, stamina going down to earth or beneath. But still against all the odds lord reached the extreme. “Hmm, still all the dumbness, the boy has the guts man, keeping the words” Muninder said “But what I think? May be, he is going, I am not sure but it seems”. “Nope! Just turning around” Tippu took the light. “Man! He is going, damn sure” Muninder shouted. “hmm! Me also think the same but may be not” Paras doubted. “But he was not shouting yaar!” Amit enquired. “Hmmm” I was still in the pond watching the action. Tippu “run man run, he is drowning”. Muninder fetched him quickly, lord was almost immersed. The only thing which we could watch was the continuous trying of gripping the rock placed near to it but seem failed all the time. I had heard somewhere “before saving anyone, first be in safe position” so I followed the words. Well that would be the GANESHA processions,Visarjan was almost done but munider made the farewell of lord Ganesha spare for some other time, HAIL MUNINDER………………….. Anyway after all this drama we reached the highly awaited KEONJHAR, hired room in PANTHNIWAS. Well what to say about Keonjhar, big town, loads of amenities, well populated. In the evening when we went out for city round. We were looking for ATM as we were running out of cash. Whole round of the town had completed but no sign of ATM,finally we considered that the people here were very attached to their traditional values, they still believed in the traditional civilization made by their father, grandfather or great grandfather who made their money withdrawal from the bank through check or withdrawal form.Anyways with the help of a policeman we managed to reached an ATM station where a healthy queue was waiting for us it’s seemed that Keonjhar had broken down it’s tradition very shortly. One more daring thing we had done to put the damn end to this trip, that was the movie, as the astonishment came across us when came to knew that movie in theatre was available only in 15 bucks, strange but true. It clearly made us understand why there was no need of automatic trailer machine as there was no need of fast cash. Anyways when we entered the theatre,an old, knocking ton I thought, off white screen may be natural or the oldest cloth available in the whole town screening “RAAJNEETI”.sound was just awesome only up to first three row, for the rest, noise had been provided. In short n sweet all though picture was released that day but the cinematography was reminded me DEEWAR OR SHOLAY,later on when I watched it on my desktop I really astonished by the power of that theatre.however the theater was houseful , HUH ! That was really GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After gone through all the wearied day we got back to our rooms and the nap was really energizing.
Next day early in the morning we got set for the return trip, I n Muninder returned to Jharsuguda for the office while other guys had went for the Khandadhar water fall.

So finally farewell trip of Tippu was getting over.

GOOD BYE Tippu.
Good bye to all craziness we have done together , to all the accidents, to all the counting meters ,to all the face book picks ,to all the madness, to all the unaffordable and unmanageable planning’s.
But things are very simple…………………
Don’t be dismayed at good-byes. A farewell is necessary before we can meet again and meeting again, after moments or a lifetime, is certain for those who are just more than friends after all we have shared blood(accidents) as well as our (girlfriends)birds many a times.
HA HA ................
Take care of my KOLKATA BIRD n yourself too ,we will be united very soon for another great madness or beyond of it.
It is the end of something simple and the beginning of everything else.
